Judy qualified as a massage therapist in 1994 and went on to train in Reflexology & Aromatherapy.  Her style is 'Deep Tissue/­Remedial' -  equivalent to a sports massage.  She has gained advanced techniques in Sacro-abdominal massage, which helps with lower back complaints,  digestive issues and women's health.

Judy spent some time on cruise ships as a masseuse, sailing the Caribbean and travelled eastern Australia shortly afterwards, honing her massage skills.

Judy's passion for massage, bodywork and healing shines through in her unique delivery, gained from over nearly 30 years and she promises a bespoke experience for her clients.
